Cookie Policy

Effective on launch (September 2026) • Version 1.0
In Short

We use a small number of cookies to make CanProcX work and, only with your consent, to understand how the site is used. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are set only after you opt in through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie-preferences link on the site.

1. What Are Cookies?

1.1   Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and (where enabled) measure how the site is used.

2. How We Use Cookies & Your Consent

2.1   For visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK, and Quebec, we set non-essential cookies only with your prior, freely-given consent, obtained through our cookie banner, consistent with the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the GDPR / UK GDPR, and Quebec’s Law 25. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because they are essential to provide the service you request.

2.2   When you first visit, the banner lets you Accept, Reject, or Manage preferences. Non-essential cookies are not set unless and until you accept them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can withdraw or change consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link (typically in the site footer).

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

5.1   In addition to our cookie banner, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Service (such as signing in) to stop working. Guidance is available in your browser’s help pages.
